Therapy for Real Life

Life gets complicated. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming anxiety, feeling stuck in old patterns, or navigating a challenging transition, therapy can help you find solid ground again. As a clinical psychotherapist, I work with clients who are looking for both immediate relief and lasting change. You don't have to figure everything out alone.
Why Therapy Now?
Sometimes we need more than what friends and family can offer. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed more often than not, your relationships aren't what you want them to be, or you're going through changes that have thrown you off balance. These are all valid reasons to seek support. Therapy provides a unique space where you can work through challenges with someone who's both professionally trained and genuinely committed to your growth.
How I Work
I believe therapy works best when it's tailored to you - not a one-size-fits-all approach. Drawing from proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), we'll find strategies that actually work for your life. My background in neuropsychotherapy means I understand how the brain and body work together, helping us create change that really sticks.

What You Can Expect
In our sessions, you'll find a space where you can be honest about what's really going on. Together, we'll:
- Get to the root of anxiety and stress patterns
- Develop practical tools for handling difficult situations
- Improve your relationships (including the one with yourself)
- Work through life transitions, big and small
- Build confidence in your decisions
- Create better boundaries
- Find ways to make life feel more manageable
- Understand and work with your emotions, not against them
Who I Work With
I specialize in helping people who:
- Feel overwhelmed by anxiety or stress
- Are going through major life changes
- Want to break free from old patterns
- Need support with relationships
- Are dealing with work-life balance

- Want to understand themselves better
- Are ready for change but don't know where to start

Real Results
My clients often tell me they feel more grounded after our work together. They report better sleep, improved relationships, less anxiety, and a stronger sense of who they are. While everyone's journey is different, we'll focus on creating practical changes that make a real difference in your daily life.

Finding a therapist you connect with is important, and the right fit can make all the difference. As an experienced psychotherapist, I believe that effective therapy combines genuine human connection with practical, proven strategies for change. When we work together, you'll find me to be present, engaged, and committed to understanding your unique story.

I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, bringing both warmth and clinical expertise to each session. My practice focuses on supporting people through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of self-worth. I understand that seeking therapy often means taking a brave first step when you're already feeling overwhelmed – and I'm here to meet you where you are.

My therapeutic approach is both practical and depth-oriented. I draw from evidence-based methods including CBT, DBT, and ACT, carefully selecting tools and strategies that fit your specific situation and goals. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, I adapt these proven methods to align with your unique story, goals, and way of processing the world. You'll gain concrete coping skills while also developing deeper insights into your patterns and relationships. I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative and transparent. In our sessions, you'll find a balance of compassionate listening and active engagement. Together, we'll identify clear goals, work through challenges, and celebrate progress. My aim is to help you build not just momentary relief, but lasting positive change that extends well beyond our sessions
